As a grassroots 501(c)(3) collaborative networking nonprofit, RTJOA Inc. supports local businesses and enhances community well-being through initiatives focused on support, networking, and retail. We prioritize under-served areas to promote sustainability and foster a thriving local economy.

Vickie Cobble-Forehand
Where We Started
RTJOA Inc. was founded by Vickie Cobble-Forehand, a Louisville native, originally as a sole proprietorship retail store called Revital, which supported local small businesses. Seeing a greater need, she transformed it into the nonprofit ReVital The Joy of Amircule Inc., grounded in the principles of Support, Community, Networking, and Retail. Vickie's guiding philosophy is embodied in her favorite quote:
"Don't Stop Shining Because they are scared of your LIGHT !"
Making A Difference
What We Do
RTJOA Inc. pioneers the integration of social and financial value, making it practical to serve communities without traditional retail options. We seek to establish brick-and-mortar locations in these underserved areas. RTJOA Inc. combines social welfare by involving the public in consignment opportunities and collaborates with local nonprofits to generate revenue that meets community needs. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are exclusively organized for economic and charitable purposes. Our model ensures that profits are reinvested into our social mission, enabling us to scale solutions to pressing social issues.
